Please assist, h22 into a 95 ex problems
I have acquired a 1995 ex w/h22 swap. I have the two below CEL's.
14-IAC Valve (Idle Air Control)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
22*- Accord Civic CRV CRX Del Sol Odyssey Prelude
VTEC Oil Pressure Switch
defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch
I have the p13 ecu, what do I have to rewire/plugin or ground and reroute to make this car run like it should? Right now I have no VTEC and uneven idle if driven or if the AC is turned on.

Try PM'ing Live2Rice, he has an H22 swap.
You may want to take off the IACV and clean it out, or replace it. Also, the VTEC oil pressure switch has a screen that can get clogged. Are you low on oil? That can also cause VTEC issues.

The VTEC oil pressure switch is a very common problem with this swap, I had this problem as well, there is a easy way around it however.
You will want to get some T taps, and a piece of wire, or just get a piece of wire and connect them, either way you want to have pin A4 of the ECU run to pin D6. This should fix your VTEC problem.
As for the other problem try Finch's fix
