Please help Headlights

i have a 97 honda accord anyways my question is when i try to adjust the right headlight left or right the beam just gets wider it dont move and i have it turned all the way to the left and it still lights up the sidewalk

guess that means buy a new headlight

Might be, it the adjustment screws is not doing anything then a mount or something isn't attached.

the adjustment screws work all it dose is make the beam wider dont really move it
