Unhappy please help running out of ideas

Ok i have got a 95 accord ex v6 with auto transmission. I have a misfire in cyl 6. i have replaced the (speed censer, spark plugs, wires, distributor, and cap) there is still no change. The car runs real rough. Transmission has problems shifting at times. Compression is good in all cylinders. Speedometer goes crazy at times but tac, odometer, and cruse control work fine. Car always stars but with a rough idle, and the misfire is constant. The only code that comes up is a cyl 6 misfire. Im lost now not sure what to try next. Just looking for any advice, any at all. thank you and have a blessed day.

pull the pigtail off of injector number 6 and if there is little or no change replace the injector, double check your spark plug in that hole as well.

get a spark tester plug and put it on the plug for cyl 6. See if you are indeed getting spark to that plug.

The problem may be caused by clogged EGR ports. Your 95 Accord V6 has a removable EGR port service plate that makes for pretty easy cleaning. See attached pics.
