Default Position lamp bulb replacement

Hi Guys,

Both of my position lamp bulbs are out. (The small 5 Watt bulb in the middle)
How do I get to it the easiest way? According to my owner's manual, on the passenger side I have to remove the coolant reservoir tank but it does not say anything about the driver's side.
What do you reccomend?

Thanks in advance.
F1.

I'm guessing they say to remove the fender liner to access. I'd say the driver's side has nothing in the way to access the bulb where the washer reservoir is in the way on the passenger's side.

It does not say anything about removing the fender liner but it would make sense.
