Potential H22 Swap into 94 accord
Ok so what I am proposing is kinda a project car for me, during my free time. So basically my plan is to buy a 94-97 accord, really could be wagon sedan or coupe, what ever is cheapest, and then swap an H22 into it. So my question is, is it true that 94-95 accord are OBD1, and if so, would it be plug and play for a JDM h22a OBDI out of an accord sir/whatever it was called there. Or would it be better to get a USDM OBD1 prelude h22a1, and put that in. I'm leaning more towards the JDM accord h22 because it would fit in the engine bay perfect as far as I know. Also, I need an ex accord for vtec to work right? Many more questions to come, I'm just in the planning and researching stages now

The H22 swaps are pretty common, so there should be a lot of information out there. Do your homework before you start this project.
The 94/95 4-cylinder accord is OBD1. The motor mount on the driver's side needs some modification to mount properly. The H22, I think will mount to a 90-93 without modifications.
You will have to look at the pinouts of the accord ECU compared to the H22 ECU that you want to use. They may have the same electrical connector, buy they may not be wired identically.
In the DIY section, there is a link to a H22 swap guide that can help. It talks about some wiring that needs to be changed on the H22 swap.

Ok, I actually did get that Write Up today, downloaded it as a pdf. So anyway it seems like I need to use the prelude ecu, and if I get an OBD1 motor w/ecu then I should be good. It talks about using the prelude ecu, but modifying the accord harness by adding wires for the vtec pressure switch and solenoid, and also its alot easier with the ex accord harness. Also internal and external coil conversion. So not quite plug and play, but not to complicated, especially with this handy guide.
