Default Power mirrors not working 07 Accord coupe

I just picked up this car. 2007 Accord coupe with 82000 miles. 3 liter v6 VTech. Power door locks work from the inside with key on. When unlocking the door from the outside with key, it only unlocks driver door. Power windows all work. Power mirrors however do not work at all. Can someone tell me which fuse on the interior fuse panel controls the power mirrors? I have looked at the diagram on the fuse panel housing and it does not list anything for the mirrors. I've also check the owner's manual and it shows no power mirror fuse either inside the cabin or under the hood. Thanks for your help

Under-dash Fuse No. 30 protect the power mirror circuits. However, if that fuse was blown, there would be many other things also not working, as it protects other circuits too.

Troubleshooting steps can seen in this service manual link: https://cardiagn.com/2003-07-accesso...bSRDOwaFRlI-uy
