Default power problem

im new to the accord, all my experience is from owning my legend for 15 years.my older brother has had his 93 accord for 2 years.it was a grandpa driver..(nice and clean). now it has a power problem.i took out the alternator, and took it to advanced auto for a free test, and they said it is ok.the battery it 2 months old,i went through and checked all fuses, and the starter tested fine as well.i checked the grounds, and other wires for breaks, and now im at a dead end.....any ideas? the car is a 5 speed lx with an after market alarm, and i even checked it.i hooked up the bat to a charger, started the car,and hooked up a multi meter, and it dropped from 12+ volts down to 11, in seconds,so i shut her down .

Low voltage w/ battery charger attached indicates the battery is severely discharged. Likely a drain (aftermarket alarms are good for that) has discharged the battery.

Charge battery and check for drains by pulling fuses to find the drain. Then you'll have to trace the source of the drain on that circuit.

good luck
