White smoke from exhaust
i have a 92 Accord EX. i have had white smoke on start up and under hard acceleration for a while now. yes i am loosing coolant, only a small amount but i'm not sure if it is because of the leak i see from he heater hose that i am trying to figure out if it's the hose wasn't tight enough or the heater control valve leaking. no coolant in the oil and vise versa. i keep a very close eye on my fluids. i don't overheat. i have had my TB and IACV off (each with collant lines through them) but didn't change the gaskets (like i should have) it does it all day long (not just until the condensation is gone) would one the gaskets for one of those two parts be allowing coolant into the cylinder? IF i did a coolant pressure test, and IF it is a blown head gasket, would that cause more problems then it's worth? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you all in advance.

IMO, a coolant leak test (cold) should not cause a leaking head gasket to leak any worse. You may push water into a cylinder and experience missing till engine clears. Leak down test should identify any other leaks in the system.
I had a 94EX w/ head gasket leak that would miss briefly after a fully warm shutdown, brief off time, and restart. I pulled a plug w/ this condition to check and got water blown out of the cylinder. New head gasket resolved issue.
You can usually tell the difference between steam smoke and oil. Steam is bright white and oil is a light blue-grey color.
good luck
