Default Power Steering Fluid Issue

Okay, so my power steering has been acting kind of funny lately. When I first start to drive, I'm not getting full power steering, but then it kind of normalizes after a few minutes. So today, when I started driving, I noticed it and decided to check the fluid when I parked. So I did that, and this is what I found. I've filled the power steering fluid before, and I don't remember it looking like this. Or bubbling. What in the actual eff is this?

This is typical behavior for an air leak on the suction pump inlet fitting. Oring on fitting gets stiff and allows air to be pulled in (sub ambient). As it warms the oring seals allowing normal behavior. This is a problem for all Honda/acura v6's.

good luck

Default Easy Fix?

Okay, so is this something I can easily fix myself, or am I looking at taking it to somebody?
