I wished I would have noticed the link to the write up earlier. Looking at what the guy had to go through I think I'll hand it off to the mechanic. I hate to pay forthe labor but not too keen on having to work under it with the jack stands and I really don't have a helper. Earlier this year I had a jack slip on me and the car fell so being under the car scares me a bit. Too bad you can't really use ramps. Thanks for the info.

 

This is pretty much the same process I tried to follow on MDX. It is difficult as the DIY clearly states. It is do-able, but will certainly challenge your patience and persistence.
