Default Power Steering leak- help please

I am trying to repair a leak in the power steering return line on a 1996 Honda Accord EXI. It is the line going from the cooler to the resevoir and the bloody thing is all but impossible to get at. My question is--what do I need to remove in order to get to those two short pieces of hose and those flimsey clamps. It looks like I need to remove both rads and or the bumper. I would like some confirmation before I dive in. I cannot seem to get to it thru the available, very small openings.
Thanks

Looks like I will have to answer my own question. I ended up having to remove the front bumper skin in order to get to the offending leak. It was the connection between the rubber and steel line where it passes thru the front wall by the rad. The steel line was rusted thru so I simply cut back to good line and used a longer piece of hose. Simple fix, but huge job.
