I have a 90 honda accord lx and I have a noise from the power steering pump whenever I turn the wheel the fluid level is full and it doesn't have a leak I was wondering if I use Lucas power steering fix would it solve the problem

 

No sure as noises are hard to figure out over the net.

Do you notice bubbles in the fluid res when the car is on and turning the wheel.
