Default Power window stops halfway

okay so I'm working on my car right now and I have the door off etc. When I roll up the window it stops at the exact same point every time... I'm guessing a regulator but that's a $100.00 part which I can't get today (I think most auto places are closed) how can I test any of it and how can i get my window up if it is bad?

okay so It's broken fixed.... I pulled the motor and assembly out and hooked it up so I could watch it... Turns out I had been hearing a funky noise when it was rolling up and it was a frayed cable... It sounds like a creaky door meets a grinding gear is the best way I can think to explain it... so I need a new cable aka a whole new assembly... not a terribly hard job to do really... I'll post more tommorrow

Final followup on this post... I found an aftermarket motor/track etc. with a lifetime warranty and had it shipped 3 day air for $89.00 I couldn't fricken believe it.... If I had just got the OEM replacement with 60 warranty it would have been about $75.00 for 3 day. Base price is $49.00 for the cheap one $65.00 for the expensive one no core charge... sounded like a good company I'll let you know how their product is!

here's the link to the motor I bought
