Generally what you will need to do is 'retro' a headlight assembly for a H.I.D. kit. To do so you need the projectors, ballast, the H.I.D. lights (lamps, bulbs, whatever you want to call them), wiring harness, shroud and bezels. Depending on how intricate you want your headlights to look, depends on how much time and money you want to spend. There are some reputable individuals that can provide all the necessary items as well as skill, but for a price. You can also read, read and read various forums to educate yourself, then ask lots of questions about what you've read, and then read some more. Seriously, what I've come to find out is that overall people will help point you in the right direction, give good advice and want you to not make mistakes, but it's up to you to know what you want and do it. That's what I'm trying. It's a hell of a trip, but when I'm done, it should be awesome.
