Protect your A/C condensor

I went in from the top and the bottom. The bottom shield is more difficult than the top really, because of where it goes into the wheel wells. You can buy new clips, because you're likely to break a few, but the plastic panels will easily stay in place, with a couple clips missing. I didn't remove the bumper. Didn't need to.

Default Condenser Protection

Thanks...I'll see if I can get my nephew to help me with this (he's a mechanic)--I'm getting long in the tooth and I may need a little help. I've picked up some metal gutter screens (6"X30") and I have some metal snippers to shape the screen. I'm a bit ticked off with Honda, that I have to put this work in when they probably could have taken care of it in the design level--would have cost them pennies per car--I would have paid extra to have a screen that protects the condenser. Thanks again for the info.

Default Fixed it

Just got it done today with some zip ties and wires. Had to get a little help -- needed to remove the bumper. Used gutter screen from home depot and Lowe--hope it works--we're driving to Wyoming and Wash. State this summer.
