Pulled ecm fuse while running by mistake now won't start
Pulled ecm fuse while it was running now it won't start.
Now I plug in my code reader and I have no communication and no start. Tried another reader and it won't communicate just turns over but no fire. Did I fry the ecm or what any help would be appreciated as this is only car

Ok last night was driving and lost my tail lights and dash lights. Found the small light fuse blown, when I replaced it blue again. Car was running I then went to take the small light fuse out to replace and mistakenly took the ecm fuse out while car was running. Now car won't start replaced the fuse still won't start. Urged in my scanner to check the codes because the check engine light was on and scanner won't communicate with computor. Checked data port for pins spread out and found none all tight. So tried another scanner
and the same issue no communication need help anybody got any ideas? Or did I fry computor please help

Did you blow the fuse when you reinstalled? You may also want to use a test light to test all of your fuses. There are youtube videos on how to do this and makes checking the fuses a very fast process.
I merged your two threads, because they are addressing the same issue. Let us know what you find on the fuses then we can help you troubleshoot.
You are dealing with 2 issues. Once you figure out the ECU situation (hopefully you just blew the fuse when you pulled it), then you will have to work to find why the small light fuse actually blew.
Let us know what you find and we can likely help.
