I just purchased a new fuel tank from carpartswholesale and it was only 128 dollars with a 1 year warranty. the tank appears to be good, but with this cheap price, is the corrosion preventitive coating sufficient or should i spray it with something (inside or out) before install.

 

Me, I'd spray the undercoat stuff on the outside.....of course be careful around the "necks" where the hoses connect and the pump drops in. Any seems or connections would get a second coat....again just me.
