Purchasing 2004 Accord V6 - Transmission Question

Hi,
I am planning on purchasing an 04 Accord EX V6 with 210k KM (130 000 miles). I loved the drive, smooth, powerful, and the car was well maintained and in excellent condition.
My only issue is rumors of transmission problems on the internet, a recall that was done, and the fact the transmission was already replaced in this particular car I'm buying (replaced at Honda but unsure of mileage when replaced).
People have reported multiple replacements (upwards of 3 or 4) on one car and claim there is a serious design flaw in this car with respect to its tranmission. But these could just be some rare cases.. except for the fact this car's transmission was already replaced.
So I have the following questions:
1. Should I be concerned?
2. Should the replacement last now as the issue from the recall should be fixed?
3. Can a mechanic check to see if the transmission is in good condition or is it too difficult to have a close look?
It would be awful if I buy this car and 15 000 miles later the transmission packs up - I rather avoid the hassle.
Thank you very much,
tyme
