Default Putting timing belt on cam without moving other gears

Hey guys, ran into some trouble completing a timing belt job on my car. I can't get the new belt up onto the can gear without moving everything else (balance belt and tensioners already installed) So by the time i get the belt up onto the teeth of the cam gear, it seems everything is the smallest amount off. Any suggestions on getting the belt on without moving the crank?
