Smoking. Overheating. Accord 94 ex. Can someone tell me what it might be?

Suggest investing words to describe the issue, when overheat happens, what you've done already to diagnose / correct the overheat, what the photo / and the circled area has to do with the issue - and what it is. Is it the overheating issue, or is it the circled area in the photo? Best of luck.
