R&R Front Bumper assembly 99 Accord

Default R&R Front Bumper assembly 99 Accord
I need to R&R my front bumper assembly to strip and repaint it. I need the R&R instructions for my 99 Accord and do not have a body manual for reference.(Last repair was done improperly and panel was not prepared properly to receive paint. Results is a pealing and chipping paint.).
