Default rad & condenser fans always on

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a 1993 lx accord auto.trans. I noticed that both fans come on once the ignition is turned on. I cannot see any direct power to them I am lost as to why they
start running as soon as the ignition is turned on. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Default

Follow the lower radiator hose back to the thermostat housing (below the throttlebody). In the T-stat housing is a fan-switch with a plastic plug with 2 wires. Unplug it & see if the fans turn off.

Is the AC turned off? Try turning it off & turning the ventilation fan all the way down to zero.

This belongs in General Tech so I'll move it.
