1995 accord 4 cyl auto
History front ended, everythings replaced had an overheating problem went to the junkyard and got all the sensors all four...

Now when the car gets hot both fans come on for only 7 secs then they turn off for about a min then cycle goes on and on ...then I turn of the car off fan comes on and stays on for a pong time....???? I know that the rad is supposed to come on for at least 20 secs could it be I have the two cts backwards?

 

Very well could be. One triggers at ~196* (t-stat for when the car is running/on). The other triggers ~225* (upper hose housing for when the car is shut off).
