Sure, it cools down by itself anyway, just more slowly.Honda must have decided that's good enough, but I don't know howthey justified their decision.

but isnt it better for the radiator fan to stay on a lil bit so the engine can cool faster?

my 04 accord ex has all kinda of little problems like that... my fan HAS ran until it killed the battery, i figured that out when i hooked up jumper cables and the fan came on b4 i even had the key in the car... My radio randomly resets. one of my reading lamps doesnt turn on when i start or stop the car/ open the door, but does when i press it,, ive blown problably 6 headlights n a year, and My engine light is on saying my ECM/PCM circuit relay is open.... PC Load Letter?? What### is PC Load Letter.....!

Sounds like a lot of things, but we need to keep the language G-rated here.

Why not provide the code? We might could provide some help.

It could be Load Detector Circuit fault P1297 or P1298. There are tests to isolate the problem.
