Jeez, so it turns out there was a loose connection in my ground cord from the negative terminal of the battery. The car would not start and I had no power at all, my dad was wiggling the cord from the negative battery and the lights would go in and out and I could start it right up, and vice versa... It would shut the car off if he would wiggle it when it was running. Thankfully it was not something expensive, a 12$ fix
