Default Rattle/grind from 2.4L at 6000 RPM?

05 accord 110K 2.4 auto trans

Everything works perfect, but when i'm accelerating hard around 6000 RPM, I hear what sounds more like a rattle, could be something grinding, from the passenger side of the engine. I'm scared it could be something under the timing cover or one of the rotating accessories. The car runs perfect so I know the timing chain is in time, but could it be loose and make the noise under these circumstances?

check for loose heat shield under the car. It sits between the exhaust and the car. Typically these will get loose and rattle, it sound metallic

If you can listen at the engine compartment while someone revs the engine, maybe pinpoint the location. Still might be one of the belt-driven accessories. We had a rattling tensioner pulley on a 2003 Accord.
