Default Rear Rotor stuck

While replacing the rear brake pads and rotors on my 04 accord, I found the two screws on the rotor to be frozen. I have tried PB blaster, also heat ,neither has helped. Next I tried a impact screw driver on . Not turning.Corvettes have their rotors riveted on , and the procedure is to just drill them out and to leave them off, as the they were only need in assembly Next I plan to do the and just drill off the heads remove the rotors then try to remove the stud with a pair of vise-grips, and if that fails I'll just grind them flush to the hub. Anyone see any problems with this plan????? Commits Please if there is something I missed or forgot . Please let me know

I drilled out the heads on my old rotors. Tried the vice grips, didn't work, so I drilled out the old bolt.

Try what is on this video first and let us know if it works:

I tried the impact driver, even after soaking in PB blaster for a day, and the hammer trick too, and neither worked. After drilling off the heads, the studs came out without a problem. Should have done that first, it seems.

What I did was drill a 1/8 th inch hole may1/16 deep and then used the punch at a angle and it just about Jumped out, did all 4 in under 15 min. Happy Happy Happy Thanks for all the help and the vidio

In situations like this, you find out how determined you are, to get the job done. Some will just give up, and take it to the shop. That's not us, right?

Nope, cuz then you cant throw the disfigured rotor that you viciously cut off and beat your chest like an ape in a victory dance.
