recall?
I bought an 05 accord coupe v6/6spd. I was under the impression that the 6spd had a recall to replace the 3rd gear set. I've read it a few places that it included 2005 6spd. I went to the dealership today and they said my car wasn't up for the recall. Any ideas?

it is not a recall, it is a service bulletin. # 08-020 ,,, july 18 2008
Transmission Grinds When Shifting Into 3rd Gear, Pops Out of 3rd Gear, or Is Hard to Shift Into 3rd Gear
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the 3rd gear set.
2003-2007 accord v6 with mt ,, all fall into this bulletin
if you are having these issues take it back to dealer and tell them about this bulletin ,,, one thing to keep in mind , bulletin also says NORMAL WARRANTY APPLIES, which is 3yrs or 36k miles,,, but bulletin came out in July 2008 ,,
