I was making some cleaning in the car and I found this relays and a fuse just in there not fixed to any point of the car, can you help me and please tell me which one is the place?

Well I must say you really did not provide any information on the type of car or modifications which we need. That being said based on your pictures you are driving a 94 to 97 Accord which appears to have a hack job remote starter or security system installed. In picture 1 there is a ground end on the wire which I could only assume would ground to the main battery ground bolt that is located between the radiator reservoir and the hood latch clip. Is there any chance that the car had a remote start system or security installed at one time and has since been disconnected. If the car runs fine and there are no issues then it is best if you don't change anything. For example if you ground out the wire in picture one you may create problems with the car. More information needed.
