I don't know if the color of your Accord is a "new" color, but if it has been used by Honda before, there should be spray cans from Duplicolor available.

 

Dealer says Honda doesn't offer any sort of plug any more. So yeah, I'll probably get a little of the hematite paint from Honda or wherever and some appropriate object to fill the holes. thanks for all the ideas and help, everyone.
