I rust to deal near the rear of this 1993 Accord. That said I need to remove the side skirts. I like to read about the job before doing it in case I need a special removing tool like needed for the rear bumper skin.

I think you want to un-do the fasteners from underneath (#27) which link into the #30 clips. Then maybe you have to slide the whole thing forwards or backwards?
