Call local locksmiths.....different gen Accord but I got the two "blank" keys for an 07 Accord from "remotesremotes" for ~$50 and a local locksmith cut them and programmed the immobilizer for them as well.

Can't find or remember what the locksmith charged me.....I'm pretty sure it was less than $100 so for ~$150 I had two more (total of three) working keys for the 07 Accord......ok I still haven't bothered with programing the "fob for lock/unlock" but there is still that old time thing of the key lock in the door handle....and being "spare keys", works fine for me......heck I drive the 07 Pilot with the "valet key" because I don't like the size of the "fob" key on my key ring so the two factory "fob keys" for it are in that "spare key bowl" in the kitchen cabinet.....that bowl is pretty full with about nine car keys in it
