Default Replacing headlight bulbs

Is it me, or is changing the bulbs abig pain in the a**? I cant seem to get the round bracket that holds the light bulb to turn. Is there a trick to doing it? Any info or help would be appreciated. I didnt think it would take this much work to change a light bulb.[:@]

You're not the first person to have that issue..... some people have taken a long screwdriver and put it against one of the fins then lightly tap on that handle of it with a hammer or rock or something to break it loose....

if the bulbs already burned out then some wD-40 probably wouldn't hurt anything....
