Suggestions on how to remove or get around air intake to replace low beam bulb?

 

For your 1999 V6, driver's side bulb, you need to remove the coolant reservoir to give you room to change the bulb. Remove the reservoir cap. Then I usually place my thumb inside the reservoir, while holding the outside the reservoir with my other fingers, and pull straight up (off the bracket).
