reprogram keyless remote

How do you reprogram the keyless remote for 2003 accord, dealer want me to come in for about and hour or 2 and charge me 100 dollars. it can't be that hard to do.

This is for 2002 accord or older. tried it didn't work for 2003 accord. thanks
