Default Reverse Gear Wiring?

I have installed a reverse camera and connected a wireless transmitter to it; however, the receiver needs a power source in the front of my car that is only active when in reverse. How can I access a power source that is only on during reverse, and is in the dashboard area. I have a Honda Accord Coupe EX-L 2004
Thanks

Is this a manual or automatic transmission?

The back-up (reverse) light is a green wire. One area to splice into would be at a 24-P white connector located next to the DLC/OBD-II port (under the left side of the dash). The green back-up wire is at terminal no. 23 of the 24-P connector.

If you take some pictures of the connectors right next to the DLC port and post them, I can probably add notes to the images you post.

DLC Port? Where is that? The extent of my knowledge is I opened the console to install AUX before, other than that I am quite clueless on locations of things inside of the car.

The Data Link Connector (DLC) is the same as the 16P OBD-II port. Look under the driver's dash on the left side.

That port is used to attach a cable connector for an OBD-II scanner/reader or Honda's Diagnostic System (HDS).

Would it be to the left or to the right of the wheel?

You'll need to remove the under-dash cover to get a better view and gain access. See attached image for the area you'll be looking at.

After you remove the under-dash cover, take some clear pictures of the 24 pin White connector's wiring.

Refer to step number 3 that are part of this link to remove under-dash cover.
