I have problem with 2000 accord v6 the car will not start unless it is cool in the weather can you help

 

Not a whole lot to go on there.....

When it won't start what is happening......starter turns the engine but the engine won't run.......starter does nothing, does not spin the engine over.

What is the CEL?MIL light doing.....come on for a few seconds then go off....or does it stay on?

What is the green "key light" doing?
