Well then let me illuminate my stupidity.
Wheel lock package was in the glove compartment, it looked unopened.
I tried to use the key on the lug nuts in the package and had a big WTF moment. It didn't fit or make sense.
Well, the dealer already put the wheel lock lug nuts on the car! :P The ones in the packager were the originals.
