Roller Coaster Noise
I"m thinking I have the same problem,when I turn it sounds like a roller coaster when it climbs.Is this the same problem?

Need more info on your car - year, engine, trans.
My initial thought, guess, is that you have a bad cv joint.
Please give us more info on the car and the noise (only does it when I "X").
