Default Rpm jumps extremely when barely moving the steering.

So when I'm parked or just not moving and I turn my steering wheel just a tiny bit it revs RPM extremely high. What is causing this? 2010 honda accord 2.4 . Please help me i cant find anything on this. Thanks

I have seen people complain about cars doing this but never seen the issue corrected. I don't see a TSB related to this for your Accord.
