It is more than likely your power steering belt not being tight enough. Is it more pronounced when you turn the wheel while your car is stopped?

i have not tried to turn the wheel to check if its louder. Next time i get in the car, which will be later today, i will test that. Ive noticed that its during a cold start, example; first thing in the morning. The noise lasts about 5-7 seconds. Since you suggested the power steering belt, ill see if i can give that a look, and tighten. Thank you for the help.

If the drive belt (aka serpentine) belt has been replaced, did you use an OEM replacement belt?
If the belt is okay, it can be the auto tensioner. There isn't any manual adjustment you can make to loosen or tighten the drive belt.
Additionally, your car has a timing chain instead of a timing belt.

There is a pointer gauge on the drive belt (serpentine belt) auto-tensioner. With the car running, take a look at the pointer gauge, check to see if it moves around with the car running. If it moves around alot, the auto-tensioner may need replacement.
Also, what position is the pointer at currently when the car is not on? Is it between the two lines as shown in the attached pic.?

The pointer is in between the lines. The old belt wasnt that bad off, but replaced it anyways. Sound is not as pronounced as before replacement, but it still makes it during cold start.
Friend suggested, testing alternator, but my battery was bad(too low to test alternator). After i replace that today, i will test the alternator, and also find out what is draining my battery so fast.
If alternator turns out good, then should i go to the auto tensioner? How do i go about testing that?

Did you replace the serpentine belt yourself? If so, take it back off & check the pulleys. Each pulley should spin nicely, no looseness to allow it to wobble, etc.
The pulley that's on the spring-loaded tensioner arm is an idler that might have a bad bearing (happened to me on 2003 Accord long before 100k miles).
Alternator bearings? Waterpump bearings? Check all of the pulleys.

Could be a bad alternator bearing. That what happened to mine. A bad bearing in any pully should be replaced immediately. If they get too hot they can catch on fire. My alternator caught on fire on my Chevy truck cause of a bad bearing

Alternator, Starter, Battery all PASSED. Guy at Autozone said the same thing about "pulley's". I didnt replace the belt myself, a friend with more experience did. So if thats where I need to start, I'll need some assistance. No clue what the pulleys look like. Just to be sure, since the alternator is okay, those bearings are as well, correct?
