Your best bet is to go to a parts site like hondapartsnow.com and look at the oem part numbers for the base or components of the seat base. If they have identical numbers then they will be a direct swap. If not, then you would likely have to do modifications to get them to bolt to the floor.

The drivers bottom seat cushion has a slice in the leather and my local tow yard has a 2009 with a perfect interior that I can swap over
