Service Manual and Code scanner recomendations?

I have a 2013 Accord. I am looking to get a service manual and code scanner for it.

Any recommendations?

Any other special tools that I might need other than the normal car tools?

Service repair manual info. for the 2013 and newer is only available via an online subscription service:

An Innova 31603 is a scanner that can also read Honda ABS/SRS/VSA trouble codes. Not all scanner can read Honda ABS/SRS/VSA trouble codes.
