PB-Blaster. Spray it on & wait a few hours. Get a brass drift & hit it - the shock helps the PB-Blaster penetrate.
Got the special socket tool for the sensor? Rent/borrow one from somplace like AutoZone?
Sometimes they come out easier when the manifold is HOT HOT HOT.
