The price isn't too bad if it's in good condition, decent body, check transmission fluid and look for varnish, or look like used motor oil or burnt odor, 98-02 Accord does have many issue with auto trans so check for it very closely as they are expensive to repair, you can buy a good used motor cheaper than buying a good used trans for this car. Observe how much smoke comes out the tail pipe, or under acceleration, meaning that the rings could be worn which could happen in such high mileage car.
