Default Gen 3 headgasket/ oil control jet question

I am in the middle of replacing the head gasket on my accord. There is a "oil control jet" that goes in between the head and block, that has an o-ring around it. In the gasket set that I got, there doesn't seem to be an o-ring that fits on the jet and goes down into the block so my questions are;

1. Can I still buy this o-ring?

2. Does this o-ring need to be replace every time you remove it from the block?

TIA!!

1) Yes. 91305-371-003 or 6.5 X 1.5 o-ring.

2) It is suggested, you have to make the call.
