Default Bad Ball Joints Probably

Whenever I make right turns, I hear this scraping sound on the right side of my car. I think the ball joints are going bad. Does anybody know how to check to see if they're bad?

To check for worn or broken ball joints, you need to jack up the front of the car so that the front wheels are off the ground 6" or so. Place a 2x4 or large prybar under the tire and pry it up... If you notice some play or slop in the ball joint or lower control arm, you need to replace the ball joints. It really helps to have a second person to do the prying while you are looking for wear. NOTE: DO NOT INSPECT FROM UNDER THE CAR WHILE IT IS ON THE JACK....YOU CAN GET KILLED IF THE CAR FALLS OFF THE JACK !! The safest thing to do is to take it to an alignment shop for a free courtesy/safety inspection.
