Default Shutters and stalls in drive

I have a 2007 Honda Accord k24a engine. Shutters in drive and stalls when you put your foot on the gas. Does anyone know if Honda has come up with a solution to this problem? I have replaced all motor mounts, plugs and coil packs, MAF sensor, MAP sensor, cleaned then replaced throttle body. Fuel pressure is at 52. Adjusted all valves and performed pressure differential test - all valves at 91 psi in and all held at about 90 psi. Holds vacuum at 22. Battery tested good, alternator charging at over 14 volts. Tested EGR and cleaned ports. Had a throttle position code, replaced and performed throttle relearn and code cleared. RPM around 800 in neutral and park but drops to 500 - 600 in drive.I noticed the throttle plate closes when you first lightly step on gas pedal and then recovers and opens as normal. Checked it against another 2007 accord and it does the same thing. I am at a loss as to what else to check, any help would be appreciated.

What code are you getting or were getting. How many miles do you have on the car? Did this happen progressively? Have you changed the tps on the car yet?

It has about 75k miles. We had a code P2138. I has always shuttered but the cutting off happened suddenly. We thought it was bad gas so we drained it and put fresh gas in and also some Heet but it didnt make a difference. Also checked the fuel pressure which was good

Change your accelerator pedal position sensor and you will be good to go. If has been going bad for a while and finally went out. It sits on the firewall passenger side. It only takes 5 mins to do

The TPS is part of the throttle body. What brand did you purchase for the accelerator pedal position sensor. I know some have said they have gotten bad ones

Cant remember the brand but the code is still gone plus we have another 2007 Honda accord that belongs to a friend that was nice enough to bring it over so we could do some comparing and we swapped them out and it didnt help so I am pretty sure the throttle body is not the culpret

I'm pretty sure the throttle body is not the issue also. I was referring to the part you said you replaced. If it was indeed the picture I posted it is not called a tps. The tps is apart of the throttle body.

When I replaced my accelerator pedal position sensor I didn't even get a code. I was having the issue for almost 3 weeks and never got the code. On the other hand my brother owns an Acura and he got the code as soon as the issue started so I don't know when and what makes the code trigger. But when he replaced his the cel turned of by itself. Do it with you or did you erase the code.

Have you tested the car for vacuum leaks. It's kind of odd with less than 80k any of this is happening but then again it's still a 13 year old car. You have definitely changed everything but the pump. So there is something that has been missed. I asked about the brand is because some brands just don't work with Honda's well which is why I bought mine straight from Honda. My brother got his from Advance Auto and it worked also.

At this point I'll wait until someone else chimes in because for that code the accelerator pedal position sensor would be the only thing I would replace.
