if they all just went out suddenly I'd guess you blew a fuse, look at your fuses under the dash and under the hood.... if that's not it you could have a bad combo switch... but most likely it's a fuse problem

underhood fuse box chk fuse # 49 15 amps,, under dash driver fuse box chk fuse # 10 7.5 amps
coild be a bad turn signal/hazard relay located in the undrdash driver fuse box

take relay out and put a new one in. if problem goes away, you know what it was.... I doubt it is a switch....
