Default slow power windows

is there anyone that has a slow power window and would know how to fix it? i already tried looking in the DIY and couldnt find it.

Some ppl have success with just spraying lube spray on the tracks; some actually take it out and clean the entire thing with isopropyl alcohol and then lube...

try a little graphite powder lubealong the lenght of the window channels

Silicone worked for me!!! Alcohol if the tracks are really dirty, otherwise it's not necessary. The silicone works great for window tracks and also weatherstripping ..... it'll keep the weatherstripping from freezing to the door in the winter.
